Establishment of IMS

A strategic decision has been made by top management to establish an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 requirements with the aim to support and improve its overall business performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. Accordingly, the IMS has been established with a focus to address:

  1. Allied Contractors (Pvt) Ltd’s ability to consistently provide quality Contracting Services of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works that meet or exceed our customer needs with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and other requirements.
  2. Facilitating opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and employees for effective occupational health & safety;
  3. Addressing risks and opportunities associated with business context and objectives.
  4. Allied Contractors (Pvt) Ltd functions and physical boundaries.
  5. Its authority and ability to exercise control and influence.

IMS Management

During regular management reviews, top management evaluates processes and makes changes needed in order to ensure that the processes achieve intended results and continually improve the processes and IMS along with the development of a safe work environment, incident prevention, risk reduction, and the overall protection of workers and all interested parties. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are linked to our IMS objectives to control and monitor our processes, as well as:

  1. Assessments to determine the risks and opportunities inherent to each process.
  2. Use of trends and indicators relating to nonconformities,
  3. OH&S hazard identification,
  4. Compliance with applicable legal & regulatory requirements
  5. Environmental aspect impact analysis,
  6. Business risk assessment
  7. Corrective actions,
  8. Monitoring and measurement results,
  9. Internal Audits results
  10. Customer satisfaction data,
  11. The conformity of our products and services,
  12. External provider performance
